Job Description

Corazon Dance, a platform dedicated to promoting wellness and physical activities, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Outreach Coordinator. As the primary point of contact between Corazon Dance and various organisations and communities in the field of body movements (including yoga, fitness centers, dance schools, etc.). This role stands at the core of building connections, promoting our services, and passionately advocating our mission. We are in search of a candidate with excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and genuine enthusiasm for promoting wellness and physical activities.

Job type: Part-time job (2-4h/day, to be discussed)

Responsibilities

School Outreach:

Identify and contact dance schools, yoga, martial arts and fitness centers to introduce our platform, Corazon Dance and its benefits.
Negotiate and conclude growth partnership deals with schools, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations where both parties actively support each other's growth and success.
Promote Corazon Dance, highlighting its features and advantages for dance schools and fitness activities.
Advocate for our mission by effectively communicating the benefits and values offered by Corazon Dance to potential partners.

Information Gathering and Website Integration:

Work closely with schools to gather comprehensive information about their programs, classes, schedules, and facilities.
Input gathered information into our website, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide ongoing support to schools in updating and managing their profiles on our platform.
Conducting regular program evaluations and providing recommendations for improvement.

Customer Support for Schools:

Serve as the main point of contact for schools regarding inquiries, issues, or feedback.
Assist schools in utilising the platform effectively and troubleshoot any technical or operational challenges they may encounter.
Maintaining an outreach database which details contacts, partnerships, and outreach activities

Promotion:

Publish and share engaging content, including posts, articles, and newsletters, to showcase the value of our platform and the importance of a good and healthy lifestyle.
Engaging with online communities to increase program awareness and engagement.
Fostering strategic relationships between community groups and organisations.
Develop and implement strategies to promote Corazon Dance within the fitness and body movement sector.

Valuable skills

Previous experience in outreach, sales, or customer support roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Passion for dance, fitness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is a plus.
